Corner Pads/Edge Protectors

DSS - Dedicated Seasonal Shippers
The ThermoSafe Dedicated Seasonal Shipper (DSS) line has been designed as an off-the-shelf solution for customers who need to manage control over the temperature of their product when shipping, but are not in need of a fully customized solution. Containing different pack-outs based on seasonal temperatures, the Dedicated Seasonal Shipper line has been design-tested to exceed multiple ISTA 7D temperature profiles, and maintain refrigerated temperatures, for up to three days. This new product line provides customers with a lightweight solution, with simple, easy-to-follow packing instructions.

Infectious
ThermoSafe® Infectious Shippers include components required for transporting Category A, Infectious Substances. Meet U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and IATA requirements for transporting infectious substances. Pre-assembled packaging includes everything for shipping infectious agents in accordance with DOT Regulation 49 CFR Parts 171 to 178 and IATA Packing Instructions 602.
Note: Compliance with UN/DOT regulations governing shipments of infectious substances in these approved shippers is contingent on the use of all supplied components. The shipper is ultimately responsible for determining the suitability of packaging for use with contents. Consult appropriate regulations.
Insulated Shippers - PUR
ThermoSafe's high performance polyurethane containers meet the needs of the most demanding temperature sensitive payloads. Polyurethane insulation offers greater insulating power than equivalent thicknesses of EPS containers. Thick walls and 200 lb. outer corrugate offer protective shock absorption and cushioning during shipping and handling.
