ThermoSafe's Blood Transport coolers are high-performance coolers for the storage and transport of whole blood or blood components, pre-qualified by ISC Labs. • Rugged polyethylene interior and exterior casing, and super-efficient, non-deteriorating urethane foam insulation • Complies with Code of Federal Regulations thermal performance standards for blood cooling (CFR Title 21, Section 600.15) • For operating room storage and blood bank transport of packed cells: Model BC15 maintains up to 6 packed cell units at 1° to 6°C (33.8° to 43°F) for up to 24 hours • For mobile collection: Model MC50 cools/ stores up to 16 whole blood units in CFR range of 20° to 24°C (68° to 75°F) for 8 hours with two pounds of crushed, wet ice • Includes instructions for cooling platelet and non-platelet production blood (MC50 only)View All Products in this category
