Superior insulation delivers outstanding thermal performance
Keep temperature-sensitive shipments safe from ambient temperatures during shipping. ThermoSafe PUR shippers use polyurethane and a proprietary lamination process to deliver greater insulating power as well as protection from the bumps and bruises of the road.
- PUR offers greater insulating capability when compared to same size EPS container
- Multiple PUR thicknesses available to suit your product and performance needs
- Rigid, one-piece, three-layer laminate construction provides excellent durability
- Proprietary process laminates insulation core to inner and outer corrugate walls for superior strength and temperature control for mild to extreme temperatures
- Thick walls and 200lb burst test outer corrugate offer protective shock absorption and cushioning during shipping and handling
- Withstands crush compression in excess of 5,000lb
- Many models include a flexible polyurethane foam plug which seals the top, cushions and insulates contents, and vents dry ice for frozen applications
- Complies with international clean air regulations and is CFC and HCFC-free
- Huge range of sizes from a 2.6 litre to 206 litres
